Kim and Gail Christianson have been Bismarck residents since 1982. Gail retired from Bismarck Public Schools in May of 2013, after many years as an elementary school teacher and a mathematics teaching coach. Kim retired in 2011 from a career focusing on energy efficiency and renewable energy at the ND Dept. of Commerce and at Bismarck State College as Director of the Great Plains Energy Corridor office. Both enjoy traveling and visiting new places. They have traveled extensively for work and leisure including trips overseas to several northern European countries. They have also visited Alaska, Canadian provinces, as well as major U.S. cities, national parks, and tourist destinations. They have two daughters who also relish the opportunity to travel.
