We depart Bismarck this morning. Tonight we stop in Sioux City, Iowa, where Direct Travel/Satrom Tours will host a welcome dinner.
After breakfast we are on our way to Branson! We have an early dinner at Florentina’s Ristorante prior to our hotel check in at the Camden Hotel & Conference Center. This evening we will head to the Clay Coopers Theatre for the Clay Coopers Country Express Show. After the show we will head back to the hotel for ice cream, cookies, and cobbler.
Enjoy breakfast this morning before heading to the George Dyer Show at the Americana Theatre. After the show there is free time to shop and dine at the Grand Village. For dinner, you’ll enjoy the Dolly’s Stampede Dinner Show.
Tonight we will attend Legends in Concert Show at Dick Clark’s American Bandstand Theatre. Before we head back to the hotel we will drive through the Branson Gift of Lights.
This morning after breakfast, we depart for the Yakov Smirnoff Theatre for the Yakov’s Make American Laugh Again Show, a comedic journey packed with tall tales and witty perceptions, funny facts and huge laughs. After the show, we depart for Historic Downtown Branson for shopping and lunch on your own.
Sight & Sound Theatre is our next destination as we enjoy the Samson Show. After that, we will enjoy dinner at the Hughes Brothers Theatre and then get the opportunity to see the Hughes Brothers Christmas Show. Enjoy some ice cream, cookies and cobbler back at the hotel after the show.
After breakfast this morning we depart for Kansas City where upon arrival we lunch at the city market, on your own. We tour the Arabia Steamboat Museum, where we learn about the Arabia which sank in 1865 in the Missouri River. The fully preserved ship was excavated in the 1980s uncovering the largest pre-Civil War artifact collection in the world.
Check into the Drury Inn & Suites in Independence; enjoy the “kickback” dinner the hotel provides. (There is a Denny’s next door, as well.) The coach will depart the hotel at 6 p.m. for the Country Club Plaza, a shopping center, with a return at 9 p.m.
After breakfast we depart for the Harry S Truman Library and Museum, featuring our 33rd President. After a lunch stop we have a late afternoon arrival in Sioux falls. Tonight Direct Travel/Satrom Tours hosts our farewell dinner.
This morning, we depart for North Dakota. We stop at the Redlin Art Center to see the works of Terry Redlin, one of the country’s most collected painters. Enjoy a box lunch in a souvenir tin.
